Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı attended Horizon 2020 Programme Successful Researchers and Organizations Workshop

Horizon 2020 Programme Successful Researchers and Organizations Workshop was held on 4th March 2018 in Ankara. Horizon 2020 Programme is the EU Programme in the field of science and research that Türkiye has been participating since 2014.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı delivered an opening speech at the workshop. Ambassador Kaymakcı underlined in his speech that EU Programmes, especially Horizon Europe Programme after 2021, will be one of the most important means of cooperation with the EU.

The workshop organized by TUBITAK brought together representatives of the Türkiye's most successful universities, private sector, local government and NGO representatives  with potential researchers within the scope of Horizon 2020 Programme.
