Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı came together with the delegation of Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence of Norwegian Parliament
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı came together with the delegation of Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence of Norwegian Parliament at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the 24th of January, 2019.
During the meeting, an exchange of views on Türkiye-Norway relations, NATO and defense issues took place. Deputy Minister Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı stated that as two flank countries of NATO, Türkiye and Norway have close cooperation with the EU and furthermore, both countries attach great importance to the cooperation on the international and regional issues, as well as to the transatlantic ties.
