Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs Ambassador Faruk Kaymakcı came together with Carmel Vassallo, Maltese Ambassador to Ankara on 14 December 2018.

At the meeting, held at the Directorate for EU Affairs,  an exchange of views on Türkiye-EU relations, Türkiye’s EU accession process, Türkiye-Malta bilateral relations, migration management, Erasmus+ Programme and cooperation opportunities and common challenges in the Mediterranean region took place.
